Surface Design
This class examines various techniques in surface decoration from traditional sgraffito to relief surfaces, inlay to spraying with glaze. Participants are invited to decorate pre-rolled leather-hard slabs to experiment with both additive and deductive clay processes, incorporating slip, colored engobes, carving techniques, green-glazing, and more!
Class taught in English only.
No previous experience necessary. Finished pieces (approximately 2-3 pieces) can be picked up approximately 2 weeks after the course.
