Wet clay is the first step in a long process...but!

We’ve designed a TASTER-Event to experience 2 different ceramic methods in the same session for your Private Group or Corporate Event.

Your group gets a chance to try 2 different techniques: throwing on the potter’s wheel & hand-building on the tables. Participants can each keep 1-2 pieces, which can be colored with engobe (colored pigment for wet clay) or glazed later by the studio in your chosen color. (Available for pickup approximately 3 weeks after the session).

TASTER-Event: 2-in-1

Wheel-throwing-Experience: After getting a feel for centering and trying out what is possible on the potter's wheel, we recycle the clay back into a reusable material.(60 mins)

Challenging yet meditative, requires strength, concentration & letting go, can be very satisfying & 'meta.'

Handbuilding: After learning some simple hand techniques, a small object such as a mug, vase, or soap dish is born! You can also apply some Engobes (coloured pigments) on to your freshly built pieces. (60 mins)

Intuitive yet playful, requires enjoyment of simplicity & repetition, easy to chat while staying hands-on.

Glazing: If you used engobe to color your piece, it will be glazed with glossy transparent on top. Alternatively, our team will glaze your piece in your desired colour. Finished pieces will be ready for pick-up 3 weeks later.

Determined yet expressive, requires openness to unexpected results.

4-8 people: 65€ per person, per 2,5 hours
9-15 people: 55€ per person, per 2,5 hours
16-25 people: 45€ per person, per 2,5 hours

Payment is required in full upfront. Cancellations or changes to booking can be made up to 1 week before the event without a fee. Cancellations between 1 week and 24 hours before the event can be rescheduled up to 1 year from the original booking date with no additional fee, or refunded at 70%. Cancellations after 24 hours before the event can be rescheduled for a 30% rescheduling fee. No refunds can be offered after 24 hours before the event or if less people attend than originally booked. An invoice with MwSt can be provided upon request.
