We’ve designed a TASTER-Event for your Private Group or Corporate Team Event to experience 1- or 2- different ceramic methods in one 2,5 hour session.
Working with clay is a stimulating and satisfying experience. A pottery group event allows you & your friends to be creative together in a relaxed setting. You also get to bring home something individual and unique!
Participants learn from each other, share ideas, and support one another throughout the creative process. Ultimately, the experience of making something beautiful together strengthens and fosters relationships. Whether you want to have fun together, celebrate an important event, or improve your team’s professional co-working skills, pottery an excellent choice.
We provide an atmosphere that encourages individual expression. Touching clay is proven to stimulate neurological intelligence and calm the nervous system. Pottery also is a practice in focus, patience, and communication. So many nourishing skills you can explore by allowing a fun and enjoyable team building or private group event like a birthday or hen party in ceramics!
Your group gets a chance to try 1 or both of the following techniques: throwing on the potter’s wheel & hand-building on the tables. Participants can each keep 1-2 pieces, which can be colored with engobe (colored pigment for wet clay) or glazed later by the studio in your chosen color. (Available for pickup approximately 3 weeks after the session).
TASTER-Event: 2-in-1
In this event you’ll get to explore both pottery techniques. After an hour, the groups will switch techniques, ensuring that everyone gets hands-on experience with both methods.
Wheel-Throwing: Half of the time will be on the potter's wheel, where your group will experience the meditative and challenging process of wheel-throwing.
Challenging yet meditative, requires strength, concentration & letting go.
Handbuilding: After learning some simple hand techniques, a small object such as a mug, vase, or soap dish is born! You can also apply some Engobes (coloured pigments) on to your freshly built pieces. (60 mins)
Intuitive yet playful, requires enjoyment of simplicity & repetition, easy to chat while staying hands-on.
Glazing & Engobes: You can choose if you would like to use engobes to color your piece, then it will be glazed with glossy transparent on top. Finished pieces will be ready for pick-up 3 weeks later.
Determined yet expressive, requires openness to unexpected results.

4-7 people: 75€ per person, per 2,5 hours
8-14 people: 65€ per person, per 2,5 hours
15-25 people: 55€ per person, per 2,5 hours
