Intro to Handbuilding

Embrace the imperfections and irregularities of handbuilding. Learn techniques such as slab building, pinch pots and coiling to create unique forms. Explore surface techniques such as texturing & engobe decorating. Finished work (approx. 3-5 small pieces) can be picked up one week after the glazing session.

No previous experience necessary.

Course size: 7 Students
Course Length: 1 Handbuilding session @ 3 hours + 2 hours Glazing session = 5 hours.
